We are a small and independent shop with products made with love by individual artists and makers, therefore we can not offer refunds or returns (sorry!) unless an item arrives damaged.

We package each order with care but sometimes accidents happen during shipping (UGH). If an item arrives damaged, send us an email at homesliceshop@gmail.com for replacement instructions.

Many of our products are one of a kind or small batch, so it's possible we can't offer an exact replacement for a damaged item. In that case, we can offer shop credit or a replacement for a similar item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
