Our mission is to provide a curated selection of goods, created by hand, with heart.

We specialize in handmade and artisan goods, stationery, yarn, fiber arts and knitting notions and books by women and diverse authors.

It’s important to us that you know where the items you purchase come from. The work sold in our shop is all handmade, small batch, and made by individual artists, not big factories. Many of our artists use eco-friendly and sustainable business practices that help and give back to our environment. We offer home decor, art, and gifts for a comfy, cozy, and colorful home, and items that you’ll be proud to own and give to others.

We are the studio shop for Islay's Terrace and Jillian Audrey Photography, products that are both made by our shop owner, Jillian.

Each item you purchase from our store supports an indie maker, small business and entrepreneur. 95% of the makers in our store are women-owned businesses. Thanks for supporting small and our community. xoxo.

"I could say this place is a one-woman operation, but really that would be misleading, because in a way it's a one-hundred-plus-woman operation... this shop would be nothing without the more than 100 women authors, artists and makers whose work fills our shelves and walls. But when you step through the door, it's me you're going to see. Me, and sometimes our shop pup, Watson. I came from an entrepreneurial family and sort of always knew I would grow up to be my own boss and own my own business, it just wasn't until a few years ago that it became clear to me exactly what kind of business that was going to be. I'm a maker and an artist and while doing arts markets and street festivals I realized how much I yearned for a more permanent space for my work, but also to curate the work of others, to showcase small makers, to give voice to those just finding their footing like I once was, to help artists succeed. My tiny shop was born."
