Curbside Pickup Information

Great news! We are currently offering low-contact IN-STORE/CURBSIDE PICKUP during our retail hours at our Bow Market retail location in Somerville at 1 Bow Market Way #29, Somerville MA. 

Current curbside hours are: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 1pm-5pm.
(Please note that pickup hours vary SLIGHTLY from our shop hours, this gives us a little window of time to pack up your order if we need to in the morning when we first open! Also just in case you are running a touch late or early!)

Here's what to know about curbside: 

• You will receive an email with our shop phone number when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup times are Friday-Sunday 1pm-5pm. 
• Shopify only lets us set a certain window of "order will be ready by" time in its pickup settings. If you order during our in-store hours, most orders will be ready within an hour. (Ie if you order at 1pm on a Friday, your order can be ready as quickly as by 2pm the same day.) If you order on a Monday, your order will be ready on Friday. 
• Please wear a mask and maintain safe social distancing -- keep 6 feet away from other customers, if a customer is picking up an order, please wait safely at a distance. When you arrive, head up to our storefront -- #29, located on the 2nd level at Bow Market, 1 Bow Market Way, Somerville MA 02134 and text us with the phone number we provide in email when you arrive.
• Parking is available on the street with meters (you can't actually pull into the Bow Market driveway/courtyard.)
• Please bring either your printed receipt or have your receipt ready on your phone.
• When you arrive at our shop either come into the store to let us know your name and order number. Or if you don't want to come inside, send us a text message with your name and order and we'll bring the order out to you on the walkway.
